Healing QiGong; series of meridian exercises to open the bodys blockages. Through these exercises we develop sensitivity to Qi energy to recover our health and natural balance.
Tai-Chi; based on the principles of yin and yang. The gentle and slow movements of Tai-Chi are done in a series, so all major muscle groups and bones are working together with your mind and breath creating a gentle and easy flow. Hatha/Vinyasa; traditional practice purifying the body through meditation, asanas (physical postures), and breathing exercise. Vinyasas are transitional postures that link motion with the breath, building a stronger mind-body connection.
Meditation Classes; meditation of "I am" realization. Separating yourself as a being from the thinking mind for true liberation. 6 week meditation classes, May 19-June 26, 2015, Tuesdays 11:30 AM (40 minutes) or Thursdays 7:30 PM (40 minutes) $90
